Well, I was gonna be helpful and post a link of emoticons and their meanings, but apparently no one's caught one to the crap we use here or in chat. So no one knows about >.>;; Though, apparently 0.o can also mean being drunk or high according to some folks. I wonder where they got their info on that...

Emotions of that genre mean that the poster has nothing intelligent in their post and are trying to fill that gap with something equally unintelligent.

In case you can't see the face, the > symbolize eyes looking sideways, the _ symbolizes a mouth, and ; symbolizes sweat, conveying a feeling of nervousness for whatever you posted. xD
