Someone had said Elfen Lied. That was a pretty sad anime. If you are looking for one to make you cry, you have to watch Rumbling Hearts (Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien). It is the saddest anime that I have ever watched.

Clannad. just its so sad and I love it
Rumbling Hearts, Elfen Lied, Clannad (both seasons) & Air TV are probably all the saddest animes I've ever watched before T~T
As a man, I can honestly admit I cried like a baby during Clannad, multiple times. In fact, I've never talked to anyone that hasn't admitted to crying during that series.
Aside from that, I teared up when BlackWargreymon died in Digimon, but I was like 8, so its acceptable. But, that's about it.
I cry even at happy endings of animes, not just sad ones, lol! ^^
If you want a good anime that makes you cry watch Full Moon O Sagashite. It's hard to make me cry from an anime but this was an exception, I cried my eyes out! The ending was sooooo sad. I've watched it 3 times and every time I cry and cry and cry. Now with Inuyasha the final Act... Awkward I was laughing sooooooooooooo hard i was crying but i wasn't crying because i was sad.
I don't think I ever cried, but the ending of Cowboy Bebop was pretty depressing!

Too...Many...Spoilers...
I've cried on almost everything I've watched. I've cried the most on Hakuouki and Gintama.
I surely have. Only one I remember is from Ghosts at School. But I'm pretty much sure there're other times.

I haven't cried yet, but Clannad was the one that had me closest.
I`m not in any anime or manga, so no :P
several times lol
In recent memory: Digimon Xros Wars. Its themes of pressing forward toward a hopeful future and securing the safety of everyone around you, even those you don't know, and doing it for the sake of protecting humanity definitely makes the show a tearjerker at times...

Gosh.. there have been a few animes that made me bawl like a little baby. Ending to Code Geass, Clannad, Fullmetal Alchemist, Air, Romeo x Julie, etc. ;_;
Clannad made me cry a few times of course. Another one was Ga Rei Zero which made me cry twice. Whenever I see those two scenes it makes me cry a lot
I cried when kamina died in gurren lagaan. that was like the character i've always wanted to see and then he gets killed off what the hells up with that? felt even worse for yoko though.
others: 5cm per second (just the end though). naruto (kakashi chronicles when obito died)
I cried after watching this commercial done for a news paper company...
Other then that, none has made me cry, I've gotten other emotions while watching anime.....I'm not a robot.
I have to say that when I watched Toradora for the first time, I didn't expect for a real gut wrenching moment. But then on the christmas episode when Ryuji goes to see Taiga to cheer her up and she tells him to instead go find Minori, the show suddenly surprised me. All of a sudden a heart whelming moment turned very fast into heartache as soon as Ryuji leaves and Taiga finely understands that she loves him. I started to cry along with her and i really did feel depressed. its weird for me because i did cry more with both clannad and clannad after story. But that was over 2 seasons. That moment with Taiga was just in one season, and it still sticks out for me more than anything in the 2 clannad seasons ever could.
Not completely, but there were times where I felt like I was close to tears....
Yeah i feel the same way with some animes. I keep using Clannad as an example lol but i think most of the time when the tragic scenes started to pile up, i was just not that overwhelmed as most people were.
"Samurai X - Trust/Betrayal" =( this is the one that made me cry the most
Also the movie, "The Place Promised in Our Early Days"
Elfen Lied (kind of twice)
D-Gray Man
Samurai Champloo
Berzerk (manga. READ IT. PLEASE)
Ouran (dunno why, I just did)
Ergo Proxy (great atmosphere)
Probably a few others that I can't think of. I cry relatively easily, it annoys me irl.
