Not many tournaments go around here except for sports games especially Winning Eleven or FIFA, and actually my collection isn't that big compared to locals here, I know a guy who buys every good new game on every console weekly(some times even bad games incase he found nothing good), and another one who has more than 5,000 games and almost every console ever made, his collection also includes the Nintendo World Championship 1990 cartridge, google it if you don't know how rare that is.

This is the main reason why I mainly buy NTSC (R1) games although our region is PAL (R2) but you can find R1 games for the same prices.

There are other continents than America n Europe you know :P
I'm from Syria, incase you don't know, it's located in the middle east, right under Turkey, but I stay in The UAE which is also in the middle east, the Region, My area is included in (Region 2) meaning (PAL) so all official places like Virgin Mega Store and stuff sell only PAL, but unofficial or small game shops sell mostly NTSC (region 1) and that's what I prefer buying, you can see that all the DS games are region 1, most of the PS3 games, all all the Wii games and more than half of the PS2 games and almost all the PSP games

You got 1 thing right though, my PS2 is region 2 modded to be region free

Most of the case's are the same in PAL and NTSC so at a guess id say the one that doesnt have either a T or E age rating but I can't tell which one.

NTSC are relatively thin, they are black and colorful at the side.
Pal ones are Thick, white/transperent and plane white at the side with the title only being in color.

This means that bomber man is the PAL game, not because of the ESRB rating, but because of the reasons mentioned above in this post.

Kirbey has the ESRB rating but on the lower right corner that's why it isn't showing.

I was talking about box art since the side's of the case's are hard to see on all of them.
