It's a meme. Everyone on the internet is a white male living in their parents' basement. Back in the day, it used to be largely true, but they're letting normals on the internet now so it isn't really relevant any more, but it lingers as an in-joke.

Though Snowolf didn't really pull it off very good. Proper procedure is to accuse people claiming to be non-white or non-male of being liars, of having photoshopped their image or some such.
