I don't believe simply lying about your faction would constitute fake-claiming.
if you ask me, I think only claiming a specific role would count as "claiming" but I could be wrong

More observations:

animeyay seems suspicious of Xey about his bet that he will die in dp1, yet he votes off Nana with Xey.

animeyay and SuXrys seemed chatty towards DeathBlade in dp1.

November votes for DeathBlade to be lynched in dp1.

I looked back and read in the thread, and Im not sure why you think that was so "chatty". Please explain.

One time I joked with him and wrote "Well excuuuuuuuuuuse us princess that everyone isn't as cool as him. o__X" when he said that animeyay was cool (and I tried to make a joke about it), the other time I thanked him for explaining something to me (it was just "thank you" or something like that) and the other time I posted a "rage face" because he wrote "thanks man" to me (Im not a man, Im a woman'). That was about it, not sure why you think that is suspicious.

However I think that animeyay had a good point before. The death by fakeclaming may only be about the actual role claming, not fraction claming.
