Curious if you guys played the new DLC. Haven't had a chance to but from what I gather it's quite enjoyable.

Going to get the Season Pass so I can get both DLC.

Newsflash, I also got two low leveled legendary grenade mods on my new Commando named the "Bonus Package". I also got the "Conference Call" with my Mechromancer.

The bonus package will last you till about level 20. Then it starts to pitter out.

I've played it. Granted, I've only done the main questline and none of the side-missions yet.

However, it's funny as hell and my only real complaint is that they had to include a lot of beeping. It exceeded what expectations I had after hearing it may be 'like Moxxi's Underdome'.

Why beeping? They swear in the main game outside of one instance of Claptrap which was done for comedic effect more then anything.

Torgue would have just been sooooooooo much funnier without the beeping. But the amount of F bombs he drops ... xD

Not saying the beeps make it bad. Ohhhhh nononononono the amount of beeps you hear is just mind-boggling. But still.


Also, Tiny Tina. Also, Flyboy. 'nuff said.

 

I actually wanted to fight Flyboy. I was gunna K his A all up in da shizzo n stick his lizzo a huuuuuun-thou' up his rear-side, dang!



... Attempting to imitate Flyboy now requires me to wash my eyes, mouth, ears and soul out with soap. BRB.

The new DLC, Assault on Dragon Keep, is insane! Probably my favorite Borderlands 2 DLC... and I haven't even played all the way through yet. Pretty challenging when you're playing it solo.

I haven't played on Xbox for a long time, but I still mean to go through Tiny Tina's DLC on it ... though probably not in UVHM, because it was absolutely freaking brutal.

I have played it before, I would say its fun but it gets hard sometimes. I played the 360 version

Slag is so essential to UVHM that it does make it nearly unplayable sometimes. I've gotten all my characters to level 61, and Salvador and Maya are the only 2 classes that can adequately mix in slag in general combat to get by. The two worst I found to be Krieg and Gaige, for some reason.

Really? Krieg and Gaige are the only ones I've used in UVHM and I do fine with them. Gaige is my main character, though, so that might be part of it.

I'll admit, currently stuck on the skeleton king in the new DLC.

Axton and Maya seem to handle UVHM once they get the necessary skills.

Oh man, nobody in my Borderlands group expected that ending. There were hysterics, everywhere. It was like the greatest nod to fans of the game.

I wasn't expecting that kind of ending myself. Though the queen has given me once too many masks that are completely useless. The only useful thing she dropped was a level 35 Conference Call.

I've gotten a Electric Leech, Conference Call, and yesterday and Volcano. Pretty good for the BEST PONY EVER.

I guessed who it was before beating it. My friend kept giving me little hints and spoilers because he knew how excited I'd be. It didn't take away the excitement though! That DLC was by far the best I've played in a REALLY long time. Everything was on point and just so perfect!

My group were in UVHM and we wasted probably 300 eridium and got nothing good from her. This contrasts to the slot machines, where one of us got an incendiary Avenger out of it.

... even though none of us use the Avenger because its reload is useless.

Reload is freaking awesome, if you don't hurt yourself that is and if you have the Bee shield.

Spent the last two hours trying to kill Piston's blimp.

I just don't get it. Maybe if the turrets respawned when you died, then you'd have a decent chance. But right now, it dosen't look like I actually spawn with enough ammo to kill him. I use every single bullet I have, and then I die (he still has about 20% HP).
