If you aren't Mafia, then why not pressure people instead of lynching people, lurking, and trolling? If I were a wolf, why would it make sense for me to put myself out here as the only one really questioning anyone?

You are already doing all the pressuring, I am just watching. That is not a good enough reason to find me suspicious. You are more suspicious than me. I did what you are doing the last game when I was a wolf. I remember Ryu did too.

@Hydrus At the bottom of the thread is a box showing all visible member viewing the thread. Usually, when someone is posting, it puts that person's name in italics. But anyway, it doesn't matter if I'm pressuring people. This is a group effort. Relying on a single person to do the detective work won't catch scum. It's easy to defend against one person. But what treally puts pressure on someone is when multiple people close in and begin questioning. Sure, you can jus sit back and watch what I do. But I haven't played in two years and my Scumdar isn't callibrated.

It might be too early for that though. If you pressure active people, make them look suspicious and they are really innocent, they will get lynched and the real suspicious lurkers will remain.

If said active people have nothing to hide, then they shouldn't be lynched. You can't scumslip if you aren't scum. The inactive people will either have their turn in the spot light or be inactikilled.

@Syaoran The OP isn't even on my mind right now. However, there are multiple things to consider.

If we use what we know as logic, we're doomed.

- We know Hydrus was announced as Mafia.
- We know that Kai is a known Troll host and likes messing with the town.
- We know that someone announced as Mafia is typically not Mafia.

Considering the clue that was given, there are a few possible things to consider.

-The Hydrus post shouldn't be taken seriously.
- OP id actually telling the truth and Hydrus is, in fact, mafia.
- Maybe a Mafia role was actually announced as Mafia to throw the town off because the town would never expect such a thing.

There also may exist a role allowing a player to create a fake write-up for the host to post. Perhaps a wolf has used such an ability to announce Hydrus as Scum.


There's just too many possibilities to worry about right now.

thts not entirely tru lol. kaitou convincd the vigilante 2 kill me in 1 game just cuz i made a mistake abt 1 of the write-ups.

besides, scum will call out townie 'scumslips' to try and redirect attn from themselves. case in point: last game when we shot omega and aries lololol.

Hello, I see 5 pages worth of reading to do. I don't really think Hydrus is a wolf just because of the first write up. He could just be a hated townie. I remember being mafia townie in the last troll game, so he might be just like me at that time,
