Hi, I don't want to bore you guys. I've been an on & off anime fan since the late 90's. I usually watch a few movies and shows and fall off again for another few months.

Anyway, I'm an experienced writer with film credit. I'm wondering if this would be a good place to find a fellow artist to begin planning a manga or anime cartoon with.
