Edit: Beast pointed out you can light the sugar on fire without getting the Absinthe alight. Guess I'm too used to people setting the Absinthe itself ablaze. Still think the water drip method is better though.

Ah kno, ah kno, but setting it on fire helps distract me from the horrible taste of Sambuca it has; I don't think I'll ever get used to it, but I love the high toxicity of it.
