People just love critizing western cosplayers... Not everyone is lucky enough to have the perfect body or perfect face for a character. So, that's why I judge a cosplay based on the effort put into the costume and props not their body shape. Sure, there's a lot of really good asian cosplayers, but there is also some pretty good western cosplayers as well. You just don't see them pop up as much because anime isn't nearly as popular in other places as it is in Japan itself.
