I believe the term is "inumimi", which is more for dog-people in general. I don't believe there is a specific, commonplace term for wolf-people.

i thought kitsune was fox also, and neko was cat. you think i would remember this considering i used to watch inuayasha and such
Inuyasha is half dog demon. Don't think there's a specific term for it.

I suggest asking someone like @animeyay who knows Japanese.
The specific term would be 狼耳 (ookami-mimi).
it's not as well-known as neko-mimi (cat ears) though, so you probably won't find much anyhow...
