I've both left my home state AND opened my home to members of another forum so I could meet them. It wasn't a spur of the moment thing, or anything; there was a lot of planning and discussion that went into it, but I had a great time and managed to make some very close friends out of the experience.

Can't say that I have. Actually, I've never met anyone from the net and the only two people I've ever spoken to on Skype from here are DMSailorMars and AtomicoX. (only because I know them both outside of AF). Anyone else that I have on my MSN from here, which would be a total of two other people maybe, I've also known from out there on the internet.

I am like the quiet one who doesn't talk to very many people online. lol.

I have yet to have any contact with people I know online external from the Internet. Perhaps someday I will, but I would have to have known the person for atleast a few years first. So far, the longest I've known someone online is about 4 years.
