nice composition...everything fits together

the lightning seems..not flat...but thin....why not try a glow effect.....or duplicte the layer...feather the bottomost one, fill a couple oftimes with white-ish blue.

hmm the clouds....well to me they just scream "Default-photoshop-cloud-render"...blurring , smudging, whatevering it to make it your own would be sweet ...the shadow seems just off by a tad....couldnt put my finger on why tho...perhaps theback edge is too straight...

But agree with Xebec about the lighting. And yeah, the clouds in the bg seems too random, maybe try to apply "Diference clouds" several time and then just colorize them.

the lighting needs alot of work, try looking for a stormy sea's picture to use insead of the cloud render, good start.

guess i was workin too hard on the boat to really care bout anything else

This is better than the first, but the clouds still aren't right.

They still need to be blurred and smudged and stuff, add some personality to them. Also it might be better if they weren't all weird colored, but thats an artistic call.

i dont think blurring the clouds or smudging them will give them any personailty...
it just ruins it...
i used a cloud picture off the net in the last one you seen...
i mean i know i changed the color but, what can get more real than real?
i just dont understand...

ill just put regular clouds in there and not do anything...

holy dog sh!t. thats the first cervantes wallpaper i have seen. and for the first you have done an outstanding job. i prefer the second one because of its a little darker. keep up the good work

you know my wallpaper looks alot different at home...

now that im at school i see some green in it...
