I am trying to install the Microsoft Compressed LZH Folder addon for Windows XP. But I'm having a problem. It doesn't complete the installation, and shows this error message. Someone please translate it to English.

Okay. Here you go.
Microsoft Compressed Folder (LZH format) Version 1.1
Before installing Microsoft compressed folder (LZH format), please click the Start menu, click Control Panel, then double-click "Regional and Language Settings". From the Advanced tab, please make sure that "Language for non-Unicode programs" is set to Japanese.
blueangle06661: I'm sorry, but you're being a jerk. Yes, it's a single button message, but it told him how to solve his problem. And no, message boxes in Windows are not highlightable. And lastly, this subforum is for asking questions about Japanese. So he didn't do anything wrong here. Maybe except for the fact that he's installing it in Japanese. But then again, he might have his own reasons.

Actually the addon was written by Microsoft's Japan division, and was meant for Japanese speaking people (for some reason they use the LZH as much as we Americans us ZIP) It is NOT available in any language other than English. Normally I'd click the button which while in Japanese is still obviously the "next" or "ok" button (by the way the one with the (N) is next, (B) back even when the rest is in Japanese). However this problem with it being in Japanese is that if it ever runs into an error, I need someone who knows Japanese to help me figure out what went wrong. And no it didn't offer any other language choice than Japanese, and in fact didn't even pop up a box asking for language. It never was meant to be used outside Japan, and quite frankly am thankful and a bit surprised it will even run a non-Japanese copy of Windows. It took weeks of googling before I finally found the page on Microsoft's Japanese site that had the download.
I want this instead of Izarc or other 3rd party software because it is a MS product and integrates as part of Windows. And I need LZH opening ability because a lot of anime games out there (being written by Japanese people) are compressed and archived in LZH files instead of ZIP files. That's my reason.
