Mouse vs Pen

If a person is made to write/draw with a mouse to the same extent that the typical person is made to write/draw with pen/pencil, what would be the result? Could his mouse skills become up to par to someone with pencil skills? The the mouse an inherently bad writing tool?

What about vice versa? I'm not talking about a stylus but about a pen which you do not look at but move about a mouse pad.

It's more then possible. Would take effort if they didn't use resources and just the mouse but it could be done. Would just take more patience then if done with pen.

With Photoshop I'd say mouse.
Else it'd be pencil for me.

yeah, once the mouse becomes as common use and conventional/inexpensive as a pen, I'd say it'd work.

In the present though, a pen is more convenient.

The pen allows more control than the mouse. However, practice makes perfect so it can be done.
