Isn't that the opening theme for Sengoku Basara 2? I didn't bother to watch it, but it makes the song sound even more amazing coupled with animation.

Besides the DBZ one (and I'm assuming Pokemon counts as an anime?), the Naruto ones are the only ones I know.

Fighting Dreamers is pretty darn catchy. Even before I began to like Naruto, I liked that song.

Besides DBZ, a couple Naruto openings, and Afro Samurai i'd have to say Air Gear's opening/ending music is good. Cowboy Bebop is another one that has a good opening/ending music track.
