Lost in this chaotic world
Amiss in all the damage

A small measure of honest peace
May just, help me manage

Sometimes all I have
Is the will to push myself

For more than just the task
Of filling up a retail shelf

I want to be strong
I want to help

I want to make a difference
To you, and myself

Just let me know
That I can fight for you

I will tackle the burning fire
I'll help to get you through

Just give me a nod
Allow me to serve

So my memory
May then preserve

I'll climb the rock face
If you're troubled

I'll wade through swamps
Like they're overgrown puddles

This strength is for you
My family and friends
