Chris! Chris all the way. I mean look at those biceps, you don't get just anyone with them. Plus he's awesome, sexy and would never lose to Leon (Wesker is a different matter).

So yeah, Chris!

Hmmm, this is a tough call... Chris is technically more experienced and obviously physically stronger; but he also has a rigid and "textbook" approach to things. Leon on the other hand is smarter and more imaginative... and he did take out Krauser.

I'm going to take a risk here and say Leon... but by a slim margin.

However... if the fight includes guns, then Chris, due to the fact that he's a markman.

Leon S Kennedy would win, hands down.

Chris Redfield is awesome. He's incredibly strong and could probably eat nails and ask for seconds. He has so much muscle it's unreal. He's a combat veteran, and is fantastic with a gun, and brute force. He's survived so many Zombie fights it's unreal. Arm wrestling- he'd win. Push up contest- he'd win. But a one on one fight.. not a chance.

Leon S Kennedy is too resourceful to lose. He's a survivor, pure and simple. Sure Chris was in the first resident evil, and thus has the most experience. He was, however part of STAR's for quite a while before that happened. Leon however, survived Resident Evil 2, when he was a rookie. It was his first day on the job! With his return in Resident Evil 4, he's more resilient. More smart. More tactical. He's stronger, but hasn't gotten loads of muscle, like Chris has, so Leon would be able to run rings around him. He's agile, and cunning, able to utilise his environment to winning a fight.

Leon did take out Krauser but Chris took out Wesker! (Sheva was just a pawn).

I also do agree with that Leon managed to survive resident evil 2 as a rookie but he was still a trained rookie. You should never underestimate them! I guess it's all down to what Anime-Prince and nueko said, it depends on what fight it is. If it's one on one, perhaps Leon could win but if it's anything else Chris will win.

i think chris would have a higher chance of winning but that is just because he had more training than leon. although leon has a slimmer build than chris this also weakens his hits and the specialized training chris had at stars more than likely taught him how to take care of someone like leon in a one-on-one fight. that extra muscle also means that chris can take more hits and deal out more damage than leon can so taking these thins into account chris definitely has the upper hand in most fights between the two. The real problem goes when deciding a time to pit the two against one another, is it their first appearances or their latest ones in resident evil 4/5.

Okay my turn!!

I'd say Chris because of his experience. Before he was summoned to STARS he was in the Air Force! Plus he has loads of awards as the best Marksman! (As seen on the STARS office on RE2 and RE3). No matter how fast Leon is, just one head shot from Chris, he's dead. Yeah, but I don't think Chris will kill him, lol.

Since when does that matter? Besides...Leon is still young so who knows. He's still awesome. He may be a playa, but still awesome. Chris is getting old.

Although...Chris will be able to handle The Hulk in the upcoming Marvel vs Capcom game, so it might give a bit of an edge to Chris, but Leon can still manage.

Well Leon isn't that stupid. Even if Chris aims a gun at him, he'll just find a way to stall and use that time to counter Chris. Because I doubt Chris would shoot Leon for no apparent reason.

And I could say the same thing about Chris. If it wasn't for Jill or Sheva, he would have probably been dead by now. No to mention the fact that he got saved by Josh and Jill when they were facing Wesker in the volcano. Otherwise they would have both burned with him.
