No People Don't Play Like They Used Too

No i don't collect anymore :/

I stopped collecting years ago but I've always kept all the cards.. until... just last week. I threw them all out when I was cleaning my room, preparing to leave for college. I asked my mom if I could keep it but she said I can keep just one so I threw them all instead.

I can't believe my eyes. Ranshiin is right. If you had any rares, they probably could have been sold for a decent price. Even if they weren't, it still makes me sad.
I don't collect them anymore, but I do have my Yu-Gi-Oh cards from when I did collect them. Though, I don't have nearly as many compared to my Pokemon cards.

I actually had about 5 cards that were good quality. But the rest of the mountain stack were, bleh! xD And yes, it was sad to just throw them out. I loved those cards. I actually offered them to my sister and brother, telling them I'd throw everything if they don't want it. Instead of taking them, they actually included their own collection to the trash bin. But what's done is done, I suppose.

I personally been a fan of Yugioh for around 8-10 years. I was collecting when I got into Yugioh from the beginning but I stopped around 1-2 years ago when Tuners and syncros came out. I came to the realization that I was having a tough time collecting all the new packs and booster decks etc and it became very time consuming and costly which started bearing quite a weight on me financially so I thought it was about time to end all the years of collecting through the evolution of Yugioh cards and settle down on other hobbies besides Yugioh. It was a very hard decision for me to stop at the time because I tend to become an addict collector when it comes to collectables, antiques, game cards etc which is one of the reasons why I still collect Pokemon cards to this day. So far, I've been able to count around 7000 Pokeman cards. I haven't sold or traded any Pokemon/Yugioh cards and some of the original cards I own value around $50-$400. I have special bins for both games. When the time is right, I'll inevitably have to let them all go hopefully to some grand collector willing to pay a decent sum for everything.

I stopped collecting them 2 or 3 years ago because it's really too expensive to be update but I still play with my spiritual brother.I'm agree with @Harmonics , konami sucks with it stupid ban list and rulling. I was used to play a lightsworn deck or a fairy deck (and a funny head or tails deck). These decks can be counter easily and konami put a limitation on honest...

And who are you, the proud lord said that I must bow so low? Only a cat of a different coat that's all the truth I know. In a coat of gold or a coat of red a lion still has claws. And mine are long and sharp, My Lord as long and sharp as yours. And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that Lord of Castamere but now the rains weep o'er his hall with no one there to hear. Yes, now the rains weep o'er his hall and not a soul to hear.

I only collect for the artwork.
I watch the shows though.
Cat: Yuma, I've got a furry little pussy here that wants you to pet it. She's so hungry she could eat a whole bird, it's nest, both it's eggs, and wash it down with some nice thick milk. She's drooling for it Yuma...
Yuma: I know exactly what I can do for you.
Cat: You do?
Yuma: Hey Tory, can I barrow some money for catfood?
Anime is a lot like sex. Done right it's a beautiful act of creation that brings a little more light into the world. If it's sick and wrong... it's even better.

I played for a little bit but I stopped collecting pretty quickly because everyone just ended up spending more then me to beat me into submission and I didn't want to spend that much.

I have collected some over the last few years. I should probably stop but I am looking for certain cards in the new series.

I collected them before,I have some cards but I dont know maybe I will buy some new cards![]()

I stopped collecting like 4 or 5 years ago but I still have most of my cards. I wish collecting cards and dueling your friends was still as popular as back then. =/
