I love cosplaying I recently got a miku cosplay as well but haven't completed it I still need the wig and headphones.
I don't know.... I just get a little annoyed when people are like you can't cosplay your black or if people are like woah its gunner be hard for you to cosplay

I just cosplayed as Namine from Kingdom Hearts a little over a month ago. Twas my first time ever cosplaying, and it was awesome! Now I'm working on a Madame Red (Black Butler) costume for next year.

I love to cosplay. The last big cosplay I made was of Jibril from Angel Sanctuary.

I've done Katy from Unico; Jade from Tales of the Abyss; Viral from GurrenLagann; Polly from Samurai Pizza Cats; Deidara from Naruto; Grell from Kuroshitsuji; Hokuto from Tokyo Babylon...

I think I enjoy making the costumes just as much as wearing them. I just do it for the fun, nothing more.

I can only go to one convention a year and the closest one and the one I chose is Anime Weekend Atlanta.

I haven't decided if/who I'll make a costume of next.

So far this is really all i've done for cosplays. I've made some for other people but my Silent hill nurse was used like mad. I spent 6 months on it just tweaking things, adding details. I still need to dirty the dress up more i think but so far it's garnered alot more reception than i thought it would. It was my first costume i ever made and really i just planned on using it for Halloween. Found out like 3-4 month in on making the costume that there was to be a convention, first ever in our area, the following year. I was shocked. Lulu from FFX however. Good sweet jesus that was about 7-9 months and about a year break/planning on it. I added some of my own touches but i had very difficult time finding the right fabrics. Made my very first corset with this and what a lesson that was. Had to sorta draft a pattern from another girl's tutorial and it took a good 3-4 days (i work full time too). I painted the details probably a little too brightly but i can dull it down if needed. I just wanted them to pop since i've seen so many people avoid them (of which i understand why). The only things i didnt make were the jewelry and the wig. I did add the beads to the wig and hot glued the bun in place (it was only pinned in when i got it). I've just put alot of time into both of these outfits. I do want to cosplay but right now cosplay is still a mainstream culture so i am waiting for an event. the person i want to cosplay is kagome, the girl in inuyasha
