Not sure if the exact name is Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX4, but we'll call it that, k?
EDIT: It's called Gekitou Ninja Taisen SP.

It's nice on Takara Tomy's behalf on making a new installment. Personally, I am going to be playing Storm 2...but for the ones that doesn't own a PS3 or Xbox 360, or aren't simply fans of Storm..then this is nice. I might import it when it comes out, but I am skeptical about it. I wanna know if they improved from EX3, which was released two years ago and it was lame, CONR3 was waaaaay better.
