Angel Beats! fan needs advice on similar series

hey there I've recently completed 'Angel Beats!', and I really liked it. I really really liked it. I liked it so much I even cried at the final episode of it, and I haven't cried in such a long time I can't even remember it.

I could really relate well to the troubles the characters had in their lives, and the loneliness Kanade was undergoing. I really liked the 'love' aspect of the the anime, because it wasnt so obvious there. I mean I've watched a couple of episodes of stuff like Fruits Basket and Loveless, but the socalled 'love' is just too much for me, it's like it's a muffin, covered in love, soaked up with love and even more love added on top of that.

I';ve watched kimi ga nozomu eien, and there this all didn't bother me that much, but I didn't cry there because I couldn't relate well enough to the characters I think.

so if anyone could give me some advice on similar animes, that'd be greatly appreciated.

The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi.

Clannad, Air and Kanon. (though I hasn't watched the last one).


Hanbun No Tsuki ga noboru sora is also very good, even though its only 6 episodes long.

This would be be a good choice, since they are similar.

Oh, and if you are ging to say Suzumiya Haruhi, at least say it's Japanese name. It doesn't look right. =\
