I'm on the last disk of Final Fantasy XIII for the X-Box 360, however I've been stuck at Cid for the past few days...Dang traitor!!

Max up your Crystarium with Snow (Leader), Lightning, and Sazh. Use the Protection (SEN, MED, SYN) paradigm, also use Tri-Disaster (RAV, RAV, RAV), Aggression (COM, COM, RAV), Entourage (SEN, MED, RAV), and Thaumaturgy (RAV, MED, RAV). This is a very effective juggling strategy that can defeat the guy without having to worry about 2nd form. First build up your defences with Protection and then switch to Aggression once Sazh fully buffed you up. Lightning will be able to handle all damage sent towards you with MED due to SEN. Once in Aggression attack him for 3 rounds then switch to Tri-Disaster. Once you break him with Tri-Disaster (With some switches to Entourage or Thaumaturgy) switch to Aggression and DO NOT attack until he is about half way to touching the ground so you can send him flying up once again for Lightning and Sazh to make miserable. He should be down in the first stagger but this takes abit of pratice to get used to so try battling the behemoths and prevent them from "transforming." You should get a rank 5 easy if done correctly.

As for me im working on FFXIII so I can pratice for XIII-2.

Gonna load up some Assassin's Creed II on the 360 if I get bored though.
