Canon: Super Buu w/ Gohan
Probably Omega Shernon
umm i dont get it how in da world is supa buu stronger than kid buu. Im pretty sue kid buu gave everyone a harder time
buu is still buu so i don't see how whatever form is strongest is relevant, i mean other than the fact that one gave them more trouble than another, that is generally unrelated to who is strongest. especially in this kind of series where the heroes are always increasing in power levels. if this was a question of who did more damage or was more of a threat that would be relevant information but strongest is quite a different story. assuming that this followed the natural steps of this kind of series kid buu should be stronger than his other forms or at the very least as strong as his previous. Then again you can't exactly say for certain who is the strongest in a series with fluctuating power levels. unless that is somebody can actually find something canon showing who has a higher power level.
PS: i know i'm ignoring GT in this post but that's just because it's not exactly fresh in my mind at the moment.
Set made by me
"Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's going to burn your house down! With the lemons! I'm going to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"
Just to make it clear, I don't see GT an official part of the DB Universe 'cause it fails so bad... -_-
Strongest Villain: Super Buu w/Gohan absorbed
Not to butt in on Siggy and Kaitou's splendidly amusing argument, but I'm gonna make a quick argument as to my position.
To begin, during Kid Buu's transformation when Goku was talking about how his power level was rising, how he was going to become stronger than he was before, I think it most likely that was referring to Buu's first form; the one he actually got into a pretty decent fight with. True he did fight with Super Buu w/Gotenks absorbed, but only for a minute; and the thought that he could hold up against Kid Buu as long as he did if Kid Buu were even stronger than that, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Super Buu w/Gohan absorbed displayed the most terrible powers of any other DBZ villain. I mean, really, the guy almost tore the physical universe apart because of his rage. Kid Buu's tough and it looks like his energy level is pretty much limitless (when I say this, I mean he doesn't get any weaker. This isn't to say that he can just become as strong as he wants), but he never went that far.
And finally, there's no arguing that if Goku and Vegeta had used the fusion dance and become Gogeta to fight against Kid Buu, it would've been no contest. Anyone who has seen the fight against Janemba can attest to this and how SSJ Gogeta's powers far outclass even SSJ3 Goku's. Now if we take into account that Vegito was made using the Potara Earrings, which make for an even more powerful fusion and Super Buu w/Gohan absorbed was still able to hold his own against him, at least for a while anyway, there's simply no valid way that Kid Buu could be stronger than that.
My thanks to Xey Oiz for the awesome new set.
"Screw being normal and be awesome instead!"
Ignoring GT it'd be super buu. Kid buu seemed awfully "weak" to me.. Like the poster said above me, when he absorbed gohan his power was unheard of, and obviously the strongest of any villain I can think of.

I mean, what's more dangerous a not-so-nervous fit person with a gun or a wimpy kid that is nervous as hell with a gun and can shoot anywhere?
AND they even said it on the series...Kid Buu is the most dangerous form, not strongest.
And what this guy said.
Hmm Well not counting any movies or GT because they were not actually made by Akira...I would actually have to say Super Vegeto, simply because looking at the battle he dominated Super Buu and would have defeated him if it wasn't for his cocky attitude. Kidd Buu was actually weaker then Super Buu according to Akira. How ever, Kid Buu was much more sadistic and would do anything including blowing up the planet earth to kill everyone that inhabit the planet.
As for hero, thats clearly Goku. He always seems to surprise everyone with another one of his crazy transformations that he learned out of nowhere. lol
I won't count Shenron for one reason, in Z he was completely neutral in the entire thing. If a villian would have gotten the Dragonball's he would have granted him a wish. On top of that in episode 12 of Dragonball Z(I think it was episode 12) Shenron claims that he is not strong enough to destroy the two evil sayans (Vegeta and Nappa) therfore declaring as one of the weaker heros sadly. How ever it is unknown how powerful the Namikian Dragon is since he only appeared in three episodes. Once at the end of the Ginyu saga and twice in the Freeza saga.
Definitely General Blue of the Red Ribbon Army. He's so fierce.
Ah this thread...good times...good times
And I say kid buu
If Minecraft had a Japanese intro.

Super Saiyan Dango
I've only watched only till Magin Boo.
i say..COMMANDER RED! or whatever he is called in US version, he's the red ribbon commander
Created to Overrule Everything
Brolly or whatever his name is o.O..
Well the strongest villain in the Dragonball series was Piccolo, and in the Dragonball Z series was Kid Buu, and in Dragonball GT was the final and eight dragon that was created from the blackstar dragonballs. Of course the strongest good guy well that depends on how far down each series you are, in DBZ it started out being Piccolo, then Goku and for the longest it was Gohan, but eventually it went back to Goku, since he is the star of the show.
Oh, Frieza, without a doubt. In terms of disliking a cartoon character, I generally despised Frieza the most out of any villain in the Dragonball anime; Cell was beloved in comparison. I just remembered how terrifying it was to see Frieza put up such a fight with Goku. Picture young me just getting frustrated, wanting him to die during the saga! In addition, I (like countless others) actually thought that Frieza was a girl, and was therefore stunned to learn that the purple lipstick he wore was just the shade of his mouth! :still stunned:

Of course Buu with Gohan absorbed is the strongest villain in Dragonball
I would've chosen Buu but his cute fat version din't arouse much fear or anger from me. So, Frieza...I hope he enjoyed Goku's finisher. I know I did!
My Wi-Fi, it's gone out...
