According to science, swearing, making faces and being a jerk whenever you get annoyed is good for you, but I'm too lazy to find the link that proves it at the moment. Typing with one hand here, people!

I don't think it's good to bottle up emotions, but sometimes you may be in a situation where you can't express your frustration, anger, or whatever. The only way I can really let off steam is through writing - either in a written journal or a private blog. These days, very few people are willing to sit down and hear someone out unless they're getting paid a few hundred bucks per hour.
