It would appear that you've accidentally stumbled upon the mother of all cheat codes through the use of your random keyboard smash.

Congrats, you now have the ability to enact (1) new law that automatically bypasses all legislative protocols and goes into effect immediately and can not be repealed or overturned ever. (let's just assume that it will apply to all nations also)

Be advised, that you can only do this once, and once you've decided, you can't take it back.

I would enact a law that guarantees equal rights for LGBTQ members in regards to marriage, taxes, adoption, etc. In all things. They cannot be discriminated against on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

NOOOOO!!! No profit will mean no one will make alcohol any more which means I have to make my own wine and beer. I can do it but I'm not the best and there are so many nice brands

If I had to make a law I'd make it so the police have to give you their hat if you need to use the toilet(its already a law but only if there are no toilets in the vicinity, I'd make it so they have to do it all the time). That or just make weed legal.

I'd make it mandatory to own at least one firearm, and the only permit necessary would be the permit granting one the luxury of NOT owning the firearm. Hitler didn't invade Switzerland. Maybe because everyone in Switzerland is armed? This also worked in Georgia, the town that enacted such a law saw violent crime drop to virtually zero.

I'd ban junk food from schools, and revamp the food guide pyramid to something less carb centric. At the same time, daily PE classes, even for college students. Offer tax incentives for companies to provide 30-60 minutes daily for employee fitness, and employees that participate ought to receive an insurance incentive or something. If I could work out for a half hour at work, I'd do it.

Free booze for everyone over 18. You can smoke and you can die for your country at 18, so you should be able to drink too.

I'd ban the electoral college in favor of direct election of representatives and officials by popular vote.

Term limits on politicians. Two terms, and you're out.

I'd also want to change the Supreme Court. Liberal and Conservative lenses have no place in the interpretation of the Constitution. The document says exactly what it says, in plain English. Anyone can read and comprehend it. End the Supremacy. They're humans, they can be wrong, they can be biased, and the rest of us shouldn't suffer because of their egos and self-righteousness.
