Not bad at all. I think some light would of made it look better. Also if your going to do a thick border i would of made it a half border like Gin tan does in the tut that also would of looked better. Text could use some work. Over all its a very nice sig for your first try.

It's not bad. Maybe a little light as MFD said. But other than that, I like it!!!!

Cool background. The border and the text need to go. The render looks squashed and the lightning (the upper left and right corner seem to be the focus of light) don't match with the shadows of the render.
Cool background too. In this one the lightning is a bit better, but it still needs work. The sig needs more colours and less contrast.

You learn stuff pretty quickly lol. One comment on one siggy, the first one looks abit over stretched
Anyways nice work

Oh you are very talented at this for firsts ^.^ But for the Sora sig, I'd change the text to something matches alittle more, and make it bigger and blend in alittle more. Il ove the backround =D
I really like the Cloud one, but I have a hard time reading your username. It is really cool and blends well ^.^

Well I noticed that your extracts don't look exactly in aspect ratio. It might be because you are manually resizing it. What might help is when you are transforming the extract (ctrl+t) you should hold shift while you are resizing the extract. That way, the extract won't look squished, or awkward. Those are pretty good though nonetheless.
The signatures are good, but I advise you to try to make matching avatars with it. I find those a lot more fun to make than signatures themselves, but that's just me. =3
Now the Sasuke and Naruto sig in your -well- signature looks good, but I suggest that you keep your fonts consistent. Unless it's supposed to humor people, then pick any font for any phrase you have in a sig or avvy.
Well I haven't been on this site in a while! Been like two years, so I doubt anyone knows me. Well anyways, recently got on photoshop again, I haven't been on in months. So here's a really simple signature of Maya Fey. (Btw I suck with texts, and what not, so give me tips?)
My avatar:
First time I've made an avatar o_O
Maya Fey is part of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series. Pretty cool game for the DS.

Not bad , but you do need practice. There are some pretty good tutorials and a "tips" thread in the DAzzle us section. They are worth checking out
Woah! You've got some skills, I wish I was as good as you.
Btw, I love that avatar.

They're okay for a beginner. But here's a tip: when you scale images up or down, hold shift so they don't look all stretched. Work on your text a little as well though.
