the sun, the sun
i see its Crystaled glare
i feel the heat of its jealousy
while it watches me toes
touch and entangle
in what it most fervently Desires
to be wrapped up in mother Earth's
warm and green embrace
instead it feels the cold
twinkling eyes
of the heavens
Watching and Waiting
for the sun to die
so, silently
away from the soft Green grass
and the spring of evolving life
it kisses my face and hair
softly
as it Surrenders itself
to the moon and stars
