Alright, so a rundown on my situation. I'm trying to watch some anime on my laptop (as usual) and I absolutely HATE having little children looking over my shoulder while I do. But guess what?

THERE IS A LITTLE 9 YEAR OLD KID WATCHING ME FROM THE TOP OF MY CHAIR WHENEVER I OPEN THE ANIME-WATCHING WINDOW.

..and it is annoying the crap out of me because he makes lots of really weird noises and he has to stay at my house for a whole month. >.>

So, what would you do in this situation? I beg you, I implore you to help me.. T.T

I've been in that situation before, kill the kid.
No seriously, lock your door or choose to sit somewhere else, you have a laptop so that shouldn't be so hard should it?

give the parents of that kid what they were asking. Raise that child like konata's father would, show em what is cool about anime and make em understand your point. I'd love to see to the parent's face when they realize that their kid has turned into an otaku.

I'd sit them on my lap and let them watch. Eventually they get bored with it since they can't understand it fully.

He's nine guys not a small kid that drools, Here is what move tow chairs infront of the computer or laptop let the kid drink and eat as much as he wants, then he rolls out the door to his bed. Give him warm milkshakes...

I'd say let him watch the anime. Then he can see it's clearly superior to anything he was planning on watching on tv that day.

And, in about 2-3 years from now we should see him here on AF.

watch somethine disturbing and gory (eg: NOTLD 3D, Hentai, Cannible Holocaust etc) and watch the little prick run and hide. yes it pisses me off when little kids do this too.

What I would is go into a room somewhere that has alock and lock so he can't get in so you can have some privacy or lock him in a closet

Simple. Watch a normal (non sci-fi) drama anime series (e.g. Boys Over Flowers) with the subtitles and Japanese language on. Do it for days and bore the nosy tyke away.

That, or if he comes by because he can hear it, then wear headphones.

Next idea is move the laptop and sit against a wall or corner of a room. With the addition of headphones, he should give up.

Give him something to distract him. Not sure what, just something to get him off your tail for an hour.

If these dont seem to work, then he has past the tests and has potential for being a true anime fanatic. Find him some anime to get him hooked on.

When my little cousin tries to watch what I'm watching, all I do is whip out the DS or PS3 and let him have his fun. Or I just watch Friends until he gets bored.

Put something gory/creepy like Elfen Leid or Boogiepop Phantom on or a good horror film to scare him away. Or just let him watch what your watching and turn him into a otaku. But if you don't want to be hovering behind you watch something he wouldn't be interested in that will bore him to death. Something with no action and a ton of drama and love scenes.

Dear god people, just watch whatever you're going to watch. You've got a nine-year-old guest in your house and you should be old enough to put up with him wanting to see what cartoons you're watching. If it's not appropriate for a nine-year-old, then explain to the kid's supervisors that they might wanna do something else with the kid or, you know, don't watch that sort of thing when you know there's a kid up and about.

I didn't really want him to watch since I was rewatching Bakemonogatari from the first episode.. you know, how Araragi gets a staple put into his mouth?
Also note he has the maturity and patience of a three-year-old, and I can't really communicate with him because he speaks a dialect of Chinese I don't understand. Also, he's come from China by himself so his 'supervisors' would be me and my brother (my parents have night shift jobs). Also I can't move the laptop because my brother will chuck a spaz fit about 'stop using my laptop when I'm not watching you' as we share a laptop..

I've highlighted the one imperative word from that mountain of grammatical errors, but I have still managed to come up with a simple solution to your "problem".

Its a laptop, therefore just move somewhere else.
