Who is the best captian in bleach and why does it make them the best captian?

Put what it is you like about them, and why their your favorite?

Mine would have to be Gin Ichimaru, because he uses his smartness to out do a opponent, he is very queit when he is walking to sneak up on people.

I'd have to say Toushiro Hitsugaya cause he's frosty and sweet battle skills!

Mine has to be Unohana...she seems to be one of those people who isn't easily angered but when she does get mad boy oh boy move out of her way. Plus her skills also seem to be pretty balanced and good. But I also like Toushiro, Byakuya and Yoruichi.

Hands down Mister Kyoraku. The most confusing, and mysterous zanpakuto that can funtion without the power as dual onslaught. Plus he reminds me off Starrk, whom I miss dearly.

Well first there would be Ukitake and Kyoraku.
I think they are a kind of funny team since Ukitake always seems nice and caring and Kyoraku seems like some kind of playboy :'D

And then Kenpachi.
He's special since he's only fighting with brute strenght and is just so keen on fighting what makes him quite funny.
I think it would be awsome if he was able to usw a Bankai...and probabla a bit frightening :'D

- Okay, I admit. I just love this young genius for his ability, hi calmness, his intelligence, and his relationship with his lieutenant and other subordinates.
- Unohana comes in close second. I love how she looks so calm and gentle and yet emits this dangerous aura that everyone just loves!!

All-time: Urahara
- He's just funny and amazing. Think of all his accomplishments! Who doesn't like him? (okay, so maybe some people don't like him... hope not)
- Yoruichi comes in close second. Think about all her amazing titles and influence. And she's just cool!

If we're talking about ex-captains probably Shinji Hirako...but then again I also like Gin and Aizen!

Byakuya because he is always calm and collected. I also like his bankai too. I would also have to say urahara when he was a captain. He is a genius plus he is knowledgable than most captains in soul society and he helped the vizards control their power.

I really love Byakuya's permanent look of calm and coldness, emotionless, pretty much like Itachi or Pain in Naruto, per example.
And his Bankai is sugoi!

 

I forgot Urahara-san! He just rocks, has you said he's a genious full of knowledge plus he's very misterious and pretty funny, also I love his Benihime.
