What anime is this character from?
Hey so my girlfriend wants to make this costume for herself and one that goes with this character for me but i dont know what anime/manga she's from. Can anyone help me out?

I don't think that she is from any specific anime/manga because I don't recognize her, she's probably from a game. Or something somebody just wanted to draw.
