I dont remember the exact quote so i'll just explain it:

In one of the early episodes Ichigo decides to help people that get attacked by hollows in front of his eyes because even though he doesnt want the responsibility that Rukia gives him he cannot stand by and watch people die in front of him.
Rukia says something like you either choose to protect everyone or no one, no matter if they are in front of you or not. I just really like that quote and the fact that it still lingers in me when I think about Bleach says alot.
