A series of bloodmoons

As <what's left of my memory> serves me, the last 4-5 nights we've had consecutive bloody orange, full and almost full moons; these used to be rare, last year, but this year's been full of 'em. Uncorrelatedly, I've been more awake and active those nights, driving, drinking and smoking at an aggressive level. Maybe it's the moon, maybe it's a sign that the twenty-twelve is coming.
How many bloodmoons have you been having in your area lately? Outcoming effects?

I wish I'd see an orange moon. Sure, it's influencing you, like a ... But over here we're having a moon eclipse tonight. Pretty cool if it wasn't the moon and didn't take 3 hours to happen.

I've only seen the "orange-red" moon once. It was back in 04 I believe.

We usually get "yellow" moons here, as if it was diseased or something. If not, then when the moon is full, it's usually as bright as the sun, and I haaaaaaaate it because it shines right through my window when I'm trying to sleep. I say we blow up the moon so I can get some sleep.

Studies have been done on the moon's supposed effect on human behavior. They all found nothing in terms of correlation. I've seen it once or twice. Anyway, this is almost certainly related.

Last night, it was yellowish-orange. Couldn't sleep all night; squirming in my sheets, being half awake to notice I was having an unusual behavior I couldn't explain... I don't think it's gonna go away that easily.

I had to finish three projects (two of them moved back at the last moment) for yesterday, so I didn't even sleep for three days, let alone look at the moon. And yesterday I fell asleep before the sunset and woke up an hour ago, so I can't tell you what the moon looked like from over here.

If I remember correctly, the "colors" of the moon depend mostly on particulate matter in the atmosphere, so in light of all the ash you had in Europe not-so-long-ago it might not be all that strange.
