What the biggest epic fail you ever had?

So as the title says whats the biggest epic fail you ever had??

for it was when i was playing Crossedge for the ps3...i spent alot of hours and i had started over 3 different times each carrying over my previous equpiment etc. ...so as i was on my way to getting a character i really wanted my ps3 did a total blackout and wouldnt come back on T_T and i had to send my ps3 to get fixed and all my data was erased from all my games T_T

Well I'd just taken these uber hard tests and what not and I happened to be with a friend and my crush. So I decided to show off, what I do best, and act like a complete hotshot. I was walking backwards and cracking on my friend. Was great! Crush was giggling and stuff... Then I fell backwards down a flight of stairs v.v

Maybe not my biggest fail but it was the most recent.

Starting and then losing a fist fight in gym class as a Freshman in high school.

For 2 days ago maybe, played call of duty: modern warfare 2 multiplayer, my brother was downloading it(his computer couldn't read the first disc, so he had to DL via steam), and well, lag, i crushed my mice, and hit it so hard the scroller broke, my keyboards key's are barely working, gotta press agian some times, isn't my worst, biggest, epic fail ever, but it was epic fail.

Well this was my friend this afternoon, and this was so funny. She tripped on FLAT GROUND. We were walking to our next classroom, someone called her name from behind her, and she turned around and fell over, down a short flight of five or so carpeted steps.
As for myself.. probably when I was drawing a picture in English class. We were supposed to be watching a movie, so it was all quiet. I made a mistake on my picture so I tried to rub it out.. and the paper ripped and the whole class stared at me. I was like "Hi, everyone.... nothing happened.. hehehe..." and then everyone just cracked up at my fail, including my teacher. Currently it's on my friend's personal message on MSN. >.>

One on one on UT2004. I was at the very top of the tower looking down at my apponent. Attempted to jump off and kill him by landing on him.

Ended up missing him by inches and killing myself.
