Very very interesting electronic/pico-pop/chiptune group from Japan. Get the album "Cartooom!", it's very eerie and fun.

Their music probably isn't too easy to find in tangible form, but you can find album downloads for Cartooom! pretty easily. Fakevox is a bit rarer and I don't have it.

I listen to them on occasion; I went through a shibuya-kei phase a few years back, which still lingers a bit.

And indeed, Cartooom! is a great album. My favorite track from them is "Sabotage".
