ok so I'm starting to feel a little jewed when it comes to phones and their service provider. my palm pixi broke but other than that it was the best phone I've ever had. Smart, fast, cute, easy to use. But the insurance (which I pay for every month) doesnt cover the phone unless its something that was wrong with the phone all along. And the guys at sprint were pushing this droid on me, making it seem like the best phone ever, its what they use etc. Its worse in every possible way. -_-.. luckily I can return it within 30 days. Sprint has cost me so much money, I lost all my aps, they didnt move all my music to my new phone so theres alot of money down the drain. I'm just not very phone savvy I suppose

I have a Motorola Razr V.3, I think. I`m not too happy with this phone. First of all, the battery is complete crap - I could have the phone fully charged in the morning and down to one bar in the evening after sending a few texts and calling someone once or twice. Occasionally the battery will be at full capacity for a few days. It`s just too unpredictable.

Secondly, my phone provider lied to me about what the phone could do. I wanted a phone that would allow me to customize my ringtones, like letting my download songs from my computer and apply them as a ringtone. It doesn`t do it, even though the guy who sold it to me said it could. I also don`t like my phone provider because they wouldn`t let me use a giftcard towards paying my phone bill, which is the most obvious thing someone would use it for.

I`m thinking of canceling my contract and going with another provider, and getting a new phone.

I have an enV Touch from Verizon and I love my phone and my service provider. I've never had any issues with Verizon at all. My enV is brand new but it's the best touch phone I've seen yet. The only thing I hate is that the phone requires a $9.99 data package. It sucks.

Otherwise, I love my phone and service provider. I would never switch

I have a crappy Nokia phone, with no camera, no bluetooth, no mp3's on it. I just bought it after my older, crappier, more primitive Nokia broke and got pulverized by me in a heap of RAEG. This one's firmware is really glitchy and I'm thinking of pulverizing it before it gets a chance to break.
I'm really starting to hate Nokia, and phones in general.

I have an incredibly basic phone. 1x.5 in screen, camera which isn't worth using. That's about all it has. I never got things like music and games on a phone. If I wanted either of those I have a perfectly good mp3 player and a DS/PSP for games. Though I will admit the lightsaber app on the iphone is a lot of fun. Not $200 worth of fun though.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8900 and used to have Centennial Service before it merged with AT&T. I was having trouble checking my voicemail so I went to a local AT&T store but they couldn't figure it out because all my Centennial records hadn't switched completely to AT&T yet. -_- It was a real pain but eventually I was able to get it to work.

My phone works pretty well unless I'm storing a lot of pictures on it. If that's the case, then the phone gets to be laggy. These days I just try to delete my pics regularly. (I'm too cheap to buy a memory card.) And I've never had problems with the phone service so it's aight.

I have a blue Sanyo SCP-2700. My service provider is Sprint. It's a decent phone for texting. It's quite durable too. One time, I straight up dropped it on the floor and when I picked it up, I found no cracks. I know quite a few people who have this phone, one of these ladies has hers in pink lol. Anyways, it didn't cost me a penny because of the whole service plan thing. Here's a picture of it:

I have the Droid. It does. I love it so far, no problems. Though i have heard some people are having issues. I also have Verizon service, and i do pay the insurance.

I love Verizon because when i had the Dare, and it's screen bubbled from being in my pocket, and the mic stopped working from a drop despite having a case, .. (drumroll) they replaced it no questions. Transffered mostly everything, any programs that didn't transfer i could re-download.. for FREE.

I strongly recommend a service swap for you my friend. Pretty sure the Pixi is with Verizon too.

Not really a huge touch screen lover. Always feel like it's gonna break on me. =/
That's why I love my current phone. It has everything I need. ^.^
That being: Calling, a camera, music, and a notepad.
No texting for me, at least not yet.

I use a Sanyo SCP-2700. It's a nice blue color. It's not very special, but I only use it to text and call and it works fine. Only problem with it is that when it's on hold, it's possible to pocket-dial 911. Almost happened once, I pulled out my phone and 911 was dialed. All it would've taken was an accidental hit to the call button D:

Related story, my friend accidentally pocket-dialed 911 multiple times in school. The cops showed up at his house and asked his dad what was going on, and he said he had no idea. The office called him up and told him "You need to turn your phone off because you keep calling 911", xD

So far, it has been working great. It doesn't have a butt-load of apps on it, but it has just enough stuff on it to be modern. Camera, MP3 player, GPS, Facebook, XM radio (if for some reason I get compelled to listen to the radio), ringtone maker. Not a lot, but just enough for me to really like it (I could care less what the phone does beyond a decent phone call).

For the most part, I sell phones for a living.
Generally, they don't want to sell you the phone YOU want, they want to sell you the phone that gets the most profit out of you.
I need to harass every customer every day about the iPhone if I like staying employed.
You have insurance right? Demand they fix the phone.
They still say no and try to push you to keep The Droid?
Return it, threaten to take your buisness elsewhere to a diffrent carrier.
They STILL give you a hard time? Call their corporate office.
Take all these steps and they should bend over backwards for you.
The worst thing they can do is grin and bring up the early termination fee.
In which case, again, demand the number for their corporate office.



As for me, I use a Blackberry 8310. Only because I got it for 50 dollars.
And i'm only on ATT because I get unlimited talk, text, and data for 30 dollars a month.
