Maybe you have heard this line from somewhere(My DS has the same color as hers) but i can't sleep without turning my DS on at least until 12 PM, i ussualy play until 1 AM or so(i have VNDS if you know what it is)

I can't sleep without: turning off all the lights (making sure everything is pitch black), pulling down the shades, making sure I've already used the bathroom, and turning all electrical appliances off in my room. And to make sure nothing is making noise outside (and if there is noise, I will kill the source!). Basically, I need it perfect in order for me to get a good night's sleep xD

Taking my contacts out, unless I`m wearing my glasses. It`s not good to sleep with contacts on unless they were designed that way. Mine aren`t, so when I do sleep with them on my eyes become dry and sore when I wake up.

Oh yeah, and lights, lights are a big nono. I'll cover up any light-producing-object with a blanket, or turn it off until further notice. Even my glow in the dark jellyfish in a bottle, my prized possesion.
