How much beef am I gonna get for redoing this thread again? I feel like since there are many new promising users that came after the thread closed down for a 2nd time, that making a third of its kind would be another possible one hundred reply showdown. Keep in mind that you should consider both at their highest power levels. Now who wins?

Why Batman? I don't find the batman really powerful at all, aside from this usage of weapons and such he wouldn't be able to match a Kamehameha wave. He'd be blown up.

goku........and yes i'm tired of this thread lol, but honestly i'm not counting superman at his strongest because there is no logic in it that way, superman is immortal at his strongest.....if you can breathe in space you are immortal, in a fight though of course goku would win, he's a martial arts master.also goku could just do instant transmission to get some kryptonite if it was a fight to the death.

If you take a top tier of 1 universe you could as well take top tiers from others, like Dr. Manhattan, Living Tribunal, Phoenix, Galactus, Spectre, Thanos, Darkseid, Beyonder, Apocalypse, Anti Monitor, Imperiex, Eternity, Death or The One Above All. Superman and Wolverine are maggots compared to those and to the DBZ top tiers.

No one can out think Batman. He would take care of Superman with the piece of kryptonite that he keeps in his belt. Now to take care of Goku it will take his brains and his wallet, all he would have to do is order around 50 lbs of Chinese food and with all that MSG, Goku wont stand a chance.

I don't know, Goku has eaten up until his match with Jackie Chun, a.k.a. Roshi, and didn't have any problem with fighting. Plus after the GT saga I think Goku became immortal. What fusing with the Dragon Balls and all.

Well If Super Man and Goku were to fight all out I would say Goku would win because he is a martial art master and he could just pick up kryptonite and throw it at Super Man since it's his weakness and then Goku could just get a gun with kryptonite bullets and shoot Super Man in the heart and he would end up defeated or possibly dead.

That is the thought process of someone who never even heard of Superman beyond the movies. Superman could dodge kryptonite, he is made of steel so he's immune to bullets, and martial arts against Superman? Puh-lease.

I'll probably say a tie. Because Goku is waay stronger than Superman, so he'd have no chance of killing Goku. But as far as I know, Superman is invincible to everything besides kryptonite (which Goku wouldn't even know about). And even if Goku were to have some, I can't imagine him killing another person for no reason. So yeah.

Actually Superman can get banged up if hit hard enough which I'm sure Goku could do. Just look at his battles with Darkseid. He's been shown bruised after going toe to toe with him.

Yeah, the problem with threads like these is there's a huge bias. Anime fans will go for Goku because obviously no one is stronger than Goku in their eyes, and the semi-comic book fans are "totally too cool for anime" so they chose Superman. It's just too trite to discuss.

But seriously, the posters logic might have to do with the fact that Batman never engages in combat with someone he doesn't have a method to beat (Unless people are in danger). He has a database of every known super being on Earth (and beyond) as well as scientifically proven methods on how to beat all of them as well as a bat cave full of gadgets and things designed to beat specific people, in the event a super villian MUST be put down, or a fellow cape goes rogue and needs to be put down.
In fact Superman is probably the ONLY person who can outhax Batman.

And Batman has beat Superman using such means.
