Is Armored Core: Silent Line any good?

If so, I'll buy it today. Just making sure I'm getting my money's worth.
My main question is: what does it play like?

It plays like an improved Armored Core 3.
2AA, 3 and Silent Line are the best in the series, You'll be getting your money's worth regardless. You can also screw around with the Ai ACs and see how good of a teacher you are.

If you're playing them backwards, IE started with 4 or 4-FA, they're nowhere near as fast or pointlessly shiny. Classic AC games are alot harder as well.
