The anime and manga that has touched my heart the most would have to be Special A

I probably haven't seen much anime compared to most of you as you'll be able to tell from my choices but two anime come to mind for me. Code Geass had some really sad moments and on the flipside I recently watch Rosario + Vampire and the I really liked the determination of Tsukune in the ending of the second season. I don't want to give away spoilers or I'd be more specific. Hopefully it's not painfully obvious that I haven't seen much but those are the best examples I can think of at the moment.

me? shuffle and blackcat also Nana

I'll be your sword, and you can be my Shield.
-------------------------------------------------------Love is a Double-Edged Blade, if you caren't careful you'll be cut, and most times...it's a cut that won't heal...
~ This is something I've learned so many times in my young age, be careful, and do not listen to your heart all the time...otherwise, you'll be fataly wounded...
Konkikushuro ~Divine swordsman

Wow... where to begin... The movie, Spirited Away really touched my heart - that was beautiful! ^-^ Also, Shugo Chara <3 The manga, Gakuen Alice did too, that was really deep even though the characters are like 11 years old ^__^" And definitely I would have to say Kimi ni Todoke which is another of my favourite manga/anime. ^^
Set by me.

Fullmetal Alchemist.
Tell me your heart didn't just break when the now-deformed Nina Tucker pleaded "But you pwomised you'd pway wif me, big bwother!"
If the grass is always so much greener on the other side, why not make yours blue?
If I've learned one thing in the four years I've been here, it's that you should never try Thief. Especially not three times. (Rep: -67931 point(s) total. XD)
So if you or someone you know is contemplating Thief, please, give the guilty party a Charlie Horse right away.

Maybe mine is dumb considering noone else has said it but Toradora! The story is so touching, maybe a little predictable but still you keep praying that it ends with Ryujii and Taiga together and when it finally happens it is honestly the cutest pairing I've ever seen in any anime. Haha. Friends to Lovers stories are my favorite though.

It'd have to be Yamada Taro. It teaches me that there are people out there who are far poorer than I am and I should be thankful with what I have. Also, it shows that family bond is strong and can overcome obstacles.
Fruits Basket is good too. It's about friendship and I like the quotes and morals of the story.
>>Enter My World<<
Thanks to Ms Lucy for this awesome, funny gif.
The person that you are now is not the person that I used to know. You're becoming a stranger that I've never met before. Not liking the change though.

Sailor Moon
Fushigi Yuugi
Mars
The Devil Does Exist
Ayashi no Ceres
Bokura ga Ita
Akuma De Sourou

I don't exactly read a ton of romantic manga, but I would say Bitter Virgin and IS.
I'd highly encourage you to give those a try, especially for the older crowd, even the guys.
mine would be NANA. their qoutes and the way things are so different in the anime had touched my heart. thats why i love it!!!![]()

Nana touched my heart the most, so far. I realize its unfinished, but I was so immersed into the storyline and the dynamic development of the characters is amazing. <3
Sebastian is my new waifu. >w<!!
Chronic WoW Player. ♥

fruits basket, grave of the fireflies, brave story, and eureka 7 they were beautiful! T.T
You find life unfair? Try being and egg. You only get laid once, you only get eaten once, it takes four minutes to get hard, but only two to get soft, you share a box with eleven other guys, but what's worse was the only chick to sit on you is your mom!

Touched my heart? Hmmm.... the one thing I've been very moved by (there have been many that have amazed me and so forth) would have to be the manga of Fruits Basket. Although the end of Magic Knight Rayearth really shocked me and got my tears going too ;_; Other than that, there have only been particular scenes that have done so in things rather than just a whole anime or manga.
Currently listening to: Gin'iro Konpeitou Gakudan (Yura Hatsuki x Konori)'s "Gentou PAREEDO ~phantasm parade~"Currently playing: Breath of Fire III on PSPCurrently watching: Kuroshitsuji

Code Geass R2's ending. Think alot of people would agree with me on that one.
Around episode 15-22 of Clannad After Story. The true rough times in life, imo. xD

EF-tale of memories. I'd hate to spoil it in anyway, but it contained two separate stories with severely damaged female protagonists. (don't worry, they had happy ends, that's why it was so good) It was the only anime that has made me cry, ever.
We are Pop Candy, very happy! ^--^

I don't really watch much romance anime so i gotta say the series that touched me the most is Hajime No Ippo.I just loved how the main characters struggled through hardships and gave their absolute all so they can fight and win.A dramatic moment that comes to mind is when Ippo's mother got sick and he forced himself to stop boxing for her sake and went on about how he didn't mind barely holding down his tears.I couldn't help but shred a few tears. As mentioned above CG R2's ending was very touching as well. And lastly I saw it a long time ago but as far as i remember Onegai Teacher had it's moments
