Here's a question for all of you Castlevania lovers:

Which Castlevania game is the best?

To me I think the best one is Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the original Play Station. It's awesome. The second best is Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia for the DS. Now, I want to know what your opinion is.

Symphony of the Night, hands down in my opinion, having all those different types of weapons and armor, its amazing, although i do wanna try the new one coming out for 360 and PS3

Who's your favorite Castlevania character?

As you all can see, mine is Shanoa. She's B.A. I've almost beaten the game she's in.(Can't beat Eligor DX) My second favorite is Alucard.

Aria of Sorrow, hands-down. I loved Symphony of the Night as well but the story of AoS was so much more interesting! I wish I had a DS so I could play the sequel.

The only problems I had with both games is that the final bosses were too easy. I accidentally stumbled into the final boss in SotN, and easily beat him. And then I got bored while trying to find all the souls in AoS, so I beat the game. Can't say I put forth much more effort than hitting the buttons requires to do so.

Besides those two games, I've never been much into the series. It's not the fault of the setting or gameplay, but the controls are really stiff in most Castlevania titles. SotN and AoS are exceptions.

I almost forgot, but Circle of the Moon was a solid game as well. More difficult than SotN and AoS, but I didn't have as much fun for some reason. I can't recall why since it's been so long.

You too???? : D I think it's the best because it wasn't the like 5 hit's death, you could get more health and it wasn't the hardest game and you got something other then a whip.

Obviously - Simphony Of The Night. =) First feelings are the best. =)

But the other games are very good too. I like all of the NDS and PSP Castlevanias. Yes, I even like Dracula X 'cause it has beaty graphic side and it's easy to use but hard to finish.
