The link Hideki Motosuwa provided is nice and seems to have quite a bit. Though at the same time is is not nessisary to go to special web sites to download walls for the psp. If you use any jpeg or png image it should work. The only problem with that is you'll need to find one that is the right size. Though you can always resize it to look better on your psp too.

I don't know about any specific places that you could go for anime wallpapers for your PSP, but you could just resize some pictures so that they fit on the screen. I have a bunch of anime wallpapers on my PSP and I just took the pictures and adjusted the sizes until they fit.
