It wasn't Momo until the very instant she was stabbed. Aizen simply used Kyoka Suigetsu to swap places with her while making it appear to everyone that he had not moved. That is why it was not until the very moment of the stabbing that Ichigo shouted at them all.

And as Hakuto said, even if Ichigo did try to say something to them, Aizen could have simply blocked it from their minds.

Using Kyoka Suigestu to block out ichigo's warning if he gave any is a very reasonable explanation. The only thing I'm worried about now is that it means that Aizen is using Kyoka Suigetsu's shikai in front of ichigo which means he is now under its influence.

I doubt Aizen will even include that Ichigo has ssen Kyoka Suigetsu. I remind you, Kubo Tite is an idiot. Him leaving plotholes is like you breathing.

Well now that I think about it you have to see Kyoka Suigetsu activated to be under its influence so if Aizen activated it before Ichigo's arrival he should be fine.
