God, everything you say is so garbled I can hardly understand any of it! Learn to write frickin' English already! You're in India, YOU'VE BEEN LEARNING IT YOUR WHOLE LIFE SO NO EXCUSES!
I don't know, it is as of yet a theory. So whoever says it's a fact needs to stop listening to every leftist yuppie on TV.
Back, by popular demand! Now with new avy.
How about you learn a little bit about the world before you go trying to be some kind of hero.

He knows English.Neither the Constitution of India, nor any Indian law defines any national language.[8] Hindi, with the largest number of speakers,[123] is the official language of the union.[124] English is used extensively in business and administration and has the status of a 'subsidiary official language;'[125] it is also important in education, especially as a medium of higher education. In addition, every state and union territory has its own official languages, and the constitution also recognises in particular 21 "scheduled languages".

It's between others one of my research topics at this given moment.
And from what I know - it is indeed a fact.
Want to lean back without having to attend somewhat of yawn-inspiring presentations and yet get fed the relevant information? Watch Al Gore's movie.
Fact. It's an undeniable consequence of releasing vast quantities of greenhouse gasses in the air. There are however complicating factors: Glaciers melting is not necessarily the result of warming, as much as soot particles causing them to absorb more sunlight.
How much it's snowing or even how cold it is where you are is not really relevant to global warming. Only the global average temperature is.
Global warming is an increase of energy in the atmosphere, which may manifest itself as warmer weather, or stormier weather, or colder weather in some places and REALLY warm weather in others. Or really dry weather. And so forth.
Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
Thats because GW means just more radical weather. Besides GW is onlylike 0.X degree's right now and you want it to account for them being X whole degree's below what they normally are?
Think first sir.
Edit/add.... Wait look at the post above me they know what the hell they are talking about unlike most people. ^^ It is what I said in a more detailed way. XD

The seven stakes of purgatory! ^^ Good thing to know that they will be the last thing you see before you die. ^^
It's all true! Don't believe me, just come and vist sometime this July.
Yup, won't be long now until we start seeing people spontaneously combusting. But then, the non-science people will start saying that it too is nothing more than a product of our imagination and egotism.

The Brighter the Light the Darker the Shadow
lol, now it's my turn, i'm gonna Explain some things,
The Global Warming Problem is Partially Our Problem, As you Know we have the highest amount of CO2 in the air that Ever occured in Recorded History (Note: Recorded is up till 700.000 Years)
Because of Humans Pumping in CO2 in the Air sins the Dawn of the Industrial era, Humans have only been Increasing this as they Expanded throughout the world, And Humans been Cutting Down Forrest Lessening the Amount Of CO2 Being Changed too Oxygen,
But also The World is in a Period Of Global Warming itself,
This is Simply a Cycle it Goes Through and it's Done that Several times now...we're Now In a Period of Warming so What comes next... if You Don't Know, I do,
An Ice Age...and For those Who Say that's Bull..
The World Has Done this Several Times already, As The Gulfstream Stopped Working Because of the Amount of Salt in Comparison too water in the Oceans. so Do not be Worried, the World Will Restore, only problem is we will be in ice, good thing is That Probably the Sahara will Probably become a Rain Forrest again, just like Tibet, becomming a Lush Bamboo Forrest, and America's Deserts Aswell will Return too There Former State, maybe some New Lakes aswell...We just have too Hope that Human's will Survive and More Importantly, That they will be Wiser!
You should look at what the biggest producers of CO2 are on the planet.
I had an environmental sciency class a year-ish ago, wherein a guest speaker was one of the "global warming" guys. As a perpetually-skeptical science student, I was appalled (appalled I tell you!) at the sheer volume of dogma in his lecture. You could see eyes roll around the class, but you could also see enough students buying into it that I kinda couldn't stop my hand from going up. Systematicaly falsified reports. Poor locations for measuring temperature and weather. A of conflicting data concerining average global temperature. All of these have been well confirmed in the last year, by the scientists and the UN agency themselves. His only response was that the "science was real and beyond refute."
Science be damned. We have Al Gore and carbon credits on our side. That being said, we all know global warming is simply the U.S. war on Greenland.

Ever checked out the IPCC? And their 2007 synthesis on all scientific results? Here it is. (watch out, pdf).
I do not see any further need to expose the findings of this report.
The only thing I would try to remind you of is that lobbying groups of already conventional and traditional energy producers have a gigantic interest into slowing down the green reforms. Where could they strike to unleash the unforgiving and manipulating claws of the media? Right into the credibility of the scientists.
Strategy, strategy, strategy.

Denmark have been having the coldest winter since 1980'ish. So global warming is a little hard to belive in xD
That's how Japan uses English, and you don't see a lot of japanese people willing to speakingu engrish goodly. Also, nobody is obliged to speak it in India. High-class businessmen and TV stars might speak it (even though moderately), but I don't think it's your position to demand that he'd be one of those. Sure, it's annoying and sometimes lulzworthy, but you cannot demand he speaks your tongue with cutting-edge clarity, when you don't even speak his own, and there no point to bevel English which is optional in a country you have nothing to do with.
Isn't he that prick who imposed that whoever wants to fly a helicopter has the buy the right to fly it (for pollution reasons) from him, and quickly bought all right to fly his own helicopter?
Also, there wasn't much guess you'd choose to view it as a Fact, since you study politics, not science, and with it being part of your homework, you'd be automatically biased towards it.
Funny how one day independent scientists or just people with common sense will state "The water in this stream had no acid reaction with the elements we threw in it", and the politicians will thunder "You fools! It melted 2 out of 44669 people's eyes out! We need to take measures! Not technical measures, that would neutralize the problem, but POLITICAL measures, which force people to avoid it or pay specified amount of currency!!!"

Oh, I understand the politics of global warming. I also understand that it goes both ways, easily observed by considering how many scientists have switched sides or dropped out of the debates altogether. There is a lot of political motivation for both sides of the issue. This combined with the lack of overall precision of records (as stated by John Christy) and both sides inflating the numbers of supporting scientists make it extraordinarily difficult for the scientists to just be sciency without worrying about the fallout. After 1945 I don’t think scientists will ever be able to tackle a “big issue” without having to also consider the political and social fallout of their discoveries, but that’s just an opinion.
Regarding the actual science side, I’m familiar with that report (but now have it on pdf, so thank you!). I’m also familiar with later interviews of the contributing authors that are certainly worth reading. Discrepancies (like the 30-year decline in average temperature post WWII despite the rise in CO2 emissions, here) with IPCC reports and observed trends are not uncommon. From what I can tell, scientists know a lot about climate but not enough to make it predictable. Kind of a big deal when policy-making is riding on predictions.
Anyway, I have no dog in the fight and have taken no sides. I’m all about good science and letting the results speak for themselves. Let the observers do their observing, report their findings without an attached opinion, and clarify misconceptions. The problem as I see it is that this is not happening and a rush to make, influence, or justify policy is coming before good science practices (which is why I mentioned the dogmatic approach to "teaching about global warming" in my previous reply). Maybe I’m wrong, and I don’t know what I don’t know. I’m more than willing to be educated.
