Desperate measures!!

Hey guys...i know a lot of you are very good at drawing manga, but i have been looking for a tattoo for my left arm now for months and still cannot find any...apart from one that is!! I need something very similar to this tattoo...



I would like purples and pastels, blues/blacks also, similar patterns, but would LOVE a lot of ivy around her, and blossoms instead of the flowers shown on here!! Argh im at the end of my teather and very gutted and i know you guys can really help me
Oh and from having a tattoo like this im building (eventually) a nice sleeve!

I'd love too help but I don't have a scanner and I can't draw with a mouse. :S Maybe request art on www.deviantart.com or a similar site? There are plenty of artists that would do it for cheap.
