What do you do that you consider normal and others consider weird?


I'm usually on the computer all day with my free time, playing games and listening to music. My parents think it's weird, but I consider it normal

I don't know, many things, I guess.

I'm more socially inhibited than most. I'm friendly, but not really outgoing, and quiet. I guess some people consider that "weird".

Also, I like watching crime/forensic shows, and parts of my family think it's "weird" because it deals with people who die/are murdered and solving crimes -- but I find it interesting.

In fact, one of them actually asked me once, "Why do you watch those shows? ... you don't like watching those shows because you think of killing people, do you?"

Lul. I wanted to sarcastically say "yes", but I had a feeling that they were ignorant enough to take me seriously.

That doesn't seem too odd. Spongebob is a show invented that even adults can watch and not receive any comments.

My entire being is a little "off". In general I'm told even by my oddest friends that I'm weird. I'm Eccentric.

But to answer the question, I like chocolate covered jalapenos, I'm pushing 30 so my anime addiction is often referred to as 'weird', I can't wear socks unless they are perfectly matching, being interrupted sends me into a frenzy close to that of the RAGE virus, and I refuse to wear pants in my house unless I'm getting ready to leave.

Well. I have this weird habit where I play with my hair. Like I curl it with my fingers, and I'm like the only guy I know who does this. I usually only do it when I'm bored, tired, or nervous. I think it's adorable so I'm not complaining.

I think people see me as generally weird, so i either take it as normal or as a compliment now when people tell me im weird ^^

As for things i do... i usually get straight into pyjamas when i get back to my flat which people find weird cause i get back at about 3.00pm... i cook random things together which i consider nice and other people think is just strange... erm, i probably OVER like characters from series (InuYasha) to the point i made my own plushie and take it around with me Strange, but i enjoyed making it too cause i like sewing... And i think thats about it for me ^^

I use slang a lot, especially when I talk to people who use slang. When I switch from talking to a different group to another, sometimes I accidently say a slang word that I only say to another certain group. Like I say finna sometimes to my African peeps, cause they speak that RAW language(Liberian inside joke) lol. One time I said the word otaku to one of them, and they had no clue what it meant. It's easier to communicate with people when you know the way they say things and their slang. Not all people who speak the same language, talk the same you know?

That's not weird.
My friends and I break out into song all the time,
and it happens to be the same song.
Of course, it's pokemon or the mario theme song . . .
but that doesn't matter.

And my friends (not me) often dress up in tutus.
Because they want to. o.O
I guess it's my friends that are weird.
