Eri Kawai probably brought it with her to the grave; the background lyrics aren't written in the scans, the karaoke version has no background singers, nobody has taken a shot at it on the usual JP lyric sites. I can't bring myself to guess the lines too, as a mark of respect. Mind you, people have stopped making fun of this song as "Anko-iri Pasta Rice" after the lyricist died in '08...
