Probably the other half of the Titanic. It'll be rotting at the bottom of the Atlantic forever, unless someone retrieves it. But, I don't think it's a good idea, and neither did the people who took pieces of it.

Neutrinos are about as close to lasting forever as you're gonna get. They basically don't interact with anything (trillions of them pass through your body every second), and they move at the speed of light, so you can't catch them. They do decay, but with a half-life of 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 seconds (that's roughly 100,000,000 times the age of the universe).

There are several hypotheses as to the ultimate fate of the universe:

1a) The big crunch. The universe will turn around and collapse into a point again.
1b) The big bounce. What you're saying. After the big crunch, it will form a new universe.
2) The big freeze. The universe will finally settle at some size, and the second law of thermodynamics will see everything turn into a mist of photons.
3) The big rip. The universe will keep growing faster and faster until matter itself will be ripped apart.
4+) There's also other hypotheses, such as a possible vacuum metastability event. It's a bit difficult to explain, but it has to do with the idea that reality might not be stable, and could spontaneously pop (sort of like a soap-bubble) into a more stable state. Once the event horizon passed over us, we'd enter a region of space with different physical laws and constants -- maybe even a change in dimensions, almost guaranteeing that all matter would instantly dissolve into other substances that's as impossible to us as our matter is to the new universe.

Current data leans towards the big freeze-scenario.

As for universes inside atoms, that is a faulty notion that people get from looking at an image of an atom and saying "Hey! This looks like a solar system! Maybe it just keeps going!" This notion is wrong. Why? The solar-system model (or Bohr model as it's more accurately called) of an atom is grossly simplified to the point of being wrong, and it was modeled after a solar system, so it's not some great big coincidence that it looks like one.

if by rebooted and saved you mean people during these times wanted to listen to aggressive music that for the most part didn't suck and also didn't want to listen to metallica, then yeah, i agree 100% on this point

Punk most definitely saved metal, but grunge? You're way off there mate. Grunge had about as much a hand in metal as special k did.

As for the topic, energy will last forever. Sure it may be converted into different types of energy but it will always remain energy.
