What do you do when you are upset?

I listen to music,write poems,think of something happy...sometimes cry.

Well, I kill whoever it is that upset me. If I'm unable to kill them, I just kill another member of their species. If whatever upset me is not directly caused by an animal, I just kill a random human... and I bring the body to my man Speedy at the crematorium and calm myself down as I'm watching it burn.

WHINE. Either on twitter, my blog or to close friends that I might be talking to at the very moment. I usually feel much better after whining a bit so I go back to whatever I was doing before I got upset.

I rarely get very upset. However, after a while, I'll find someone I know and vent all the things I think are wrong with the world. And boy do I vent. Just the other day I went on a ~90min rant about the flaws within congress and the American legal system. Poor guy just wanted to say hi too. lol

After which I will usually listen to music and draw or something to distract myself.

I open go online and just surf and read it helps me to escape whatever is going on to make me feel bad or upset. I also pace or lay down to cope with it as well.

Keeping it to myself. Letting it build up (not on purpose tho) and then when I'm to upset I just snaps and black out ><. Can take a month or some years..... Hard to explain xD

Depends on how upset I am... If I'm angry, I end up working out or go out and walk.
If I'm sad, I eat chocolate and listen to music (Oh, I don't know. Disturbed, Evansescence, Five Finger Death Punch,...) that emphasize what and how I feel and then I draw it out, ending up throwing them away because I think they suck. Luckily I'm not often sad, otherwise I'd be a fat fat emo Asian.

it depends..if im mad, then i break or destroy something, cause im really strong and can break things really easily..hehe..^^; although usually im very gentle with things..if im upset i just try to start up on something that really interests me. get my mind cleared.

Listen to "Duality" by Slipknot on a high volume. It works most of the time.
And more i prefer is , put any trance song or hip hop, and i'll dance to it. It diverts my mind completely.
