There aren't any that I wish didn't exist. They all have something worth checking out whether it be Burn:Cycle or The Apprentice on the CD-i, Lunar on Sega CD, or Air Zonk on TurboGrafx-16...
And the Chinese rip-offs are just funny to hear about and see.
I don't know about that. It had analog control before the N64 ever did, and it's own vector monitor...Vector graphics are awesome! We wouldn't have the original Star Wars arcade game without Vector Graphics!
Well with no Sega CD we might not have gotten Lunar Silver Star, and Lunar 2 Eternal Blue. Two games that have a decent fanbase. The only english version of Snatcher, Popful Mail, Sonic CD, and part 1 of Shining Force Gaiden (part 2, Sword of Hajya came out for GameGear in english) Dark Wizard was also a good strategy game at the time. One of the best versions of Final Fight. Two good shooters in Android Assault/Bari-Arm, and Robo Aleste. Even Silpheed gets some love from people. Since this is an Anime forum I guess I should also mention Space Adventure: Cobra which is a game based on the manga & anime. It's quite rare though.
As for the GameGear, After the Gameboy it was pretty good. The DS is much newer and I would hope..better. The Atari Lynx was worse than the Game Gear.
